Quotes provided by phone, email, text, website form, or social media are estimates based on the information available at the time. Final pricing may vary depending on property conditions, infestation severity, accessibility, treatment requirements, or additional labor and materials needed.
Customers will be informed of pricing before work is performed whenever possible.
By contacting Rossi Pest Control or submitting a form through this website, you consent to communication by phone call, text message (SMS), and email regarding scheduling, estimates, service reminders, and service-related communication.
Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier. You may opt out of SMS communication at any time by replying STOP.
Rossi Pest Control does not send spam or automated marketing text campaigns.
Payment arrangements are made directly between Rossi Pest Control and the customer. Payments are not processed through this website.
Due to the nature of pest control, wildlife removal, inspections, labor scheduling, maintenance services, travel, and materials used, all sales are final.
Refunds are not provided for completed services, scheduled services, inspections, maintenance plans, exclusion work, wildlife removal, dead animal removal, or materials purchased for a job.
If a customer has concerns regarding service performed, Rossi Pest Control encourages direct communication so the situation can be reviewed and reasonable follow-up recommendations can be discussed when appropriate.
Customers are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the property for inspection and service.
Customers agree to disclose any known conditions that may affect safe service delivery, including but not limited to:
Certain hazardous, contaminated, wildlife-related, or unsafe situations may require additional precautions, delayed service, partial service, or referral to a specialized provider.
Pest activity can vary due to environmental conditions, neighboring properties, structural conditions, sanitation issues, seasonal changes, and other factors outside Rossi Pest Control’s control.
While Rossi Pest Control strives to provide effective treatment and prevention, no pest control service can guarantee permanent elimination in every situation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rossi Pest Control’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service provided.
Rossi Pest Control is not responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential, environmental, property, or business damages resulting from pest activity, structural conditions, wildlife behavior, or delays outside reasonable control.
Rossi Pest Control makes reasonable efforts to keep website information accurate and current; however, information may occasionally contain errors, omissions, pricing changes, or outdated material.
